Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from our team.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are handled according to the cancellation timeline mentioned below.

• Cancellations made 7 days before the stay date are eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the stay date may not qualify for refunds.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of personal plans.
• Weather conditions.
• Transportation delays.
• Discomfort with the natural or shared living environment.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
