• Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in may qualify for partial refunds.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• Same day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval by the Aranya Orchids team.

Booking Transfers

Bookings are non-transferable unless approved directly by our team.

Force Majeure

Aranya Orchids is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by:

• Natural events.
• Government restrictions.
• Transportation disruptions.
• Circumstances beyond operational control.
